LOCTITE® DRI 503HV is a high viscosity, non-toxic, thixotropic, pre-applied, water-based thread sealant for automatic dispensing applications. When dried, it becomes a resilient, tight-clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads. You can expect positive sealing and resistance to vibrational loosening, and its threadfilling prevailing torque characteristics make it ideal for use on sealing applications where re-adjustments are required, e.g. rear axle filler plugs, bearing adjuster nuts, pressure gauges and sensors, brake fittings, pipe fittings, and compressor pipe plugs. It’s also designed for cable connectors, screws for plastic assemblies, adjustment screws, overhead fire sprinklers, shower heads, and door closure hardware.
