How to use
During extended down time reducing equipment temperature 110°C will help prevent adhesive and equipment damage.
For the cleaning of melting tanks and application systems, we recommend the use of TECHNOMELT® CLEANER 1940. For the cold cleaning of surface soilings on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, TECHNOMELT® CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN can be applied.
Due to the variety of substrates available, adhesion of materials can be very different. Therefore pre-tests should be carried out.

Yes, for the cleaning of melting tanks and application systems, we recommend the use of TECHNOMELT® CLEANER 1940.
TECHNOMELT® SUPRA 16 has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in its unopened original packaging. Henkel does not advocate using TECHNOMELT® SUPRA 16 beyond the recommended shelf life and is unable to recertify material that has expired.
TECHNOMELT® SUPRA 16 should have stock rotated using the oldest material first, it should not be mixed with other adhesives, and it should be stored in a dry and cool place in the original unopened packaging.
