TECHNOMELT® PUR 6230 is a polyurethane adhesive for the wrapping and surface lamination of chipboard, MDF or solid wood as carrier with veneers, CPL, thermoplastic and paper foils as substrate. It exhibits high initial strength and chemical cross-linking within a few days, has very high heat resistance (> 150°C / 302°F) and cold flexibility, exhibits excellent resistance to water and most solvents, and the bond joint turns into an insoluble thermoset film.
