TECHNOMELT® PUR 5300 is a high-viscosity reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive engineered for profile and panel wrapping applications. It delivers a balanced setting profile with high initial tack and chemical cross-linking that completes within a few days, forming a thermoset bond line. The adhesive offers outstanding durability, combining water resistance, solvent resistance, and very high heat resistance with reliable cold flexibility. With a softening point near 75°C (167°F), it ensures controlled application by roller coating systems at 110°C to 150°C (230°F to 302°F).
