How to use
The adhesive can be applied using a roller, nozzle, or disc, with a recommended working temperature of 140 to 160 °C.
For cleaning melting tanks and application systems, use TECHNOMELT CLEANER 1940, and for cold cleaning of surface soilings on application equipment, conveyor belts, or other machine parts, use TECHNOMELT CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN.
Adhesion of materials can vary significantly due to the variety of substrates, so pre-tests should be carried out. This product is supplied in X-tra chubs, where the non-recyclable silicone paper packaging has been replaced with a thin film that dissolves in the melting pot and is incorporated into the hotmelt adhesive without affecting its usual properties. This innovative packaging eliminates unwanted waste and simplifies handling.
