TECHNOMELT® AS 3004 is a medium-viscosity EVA-copolymer hot melt adhesive supplied as white granules for assembly applications, particularly for spacing concrete slabs. It forms flexible, elastic bonds and exhibits very little tendency to bleed, making it suitable for use where clean appearance and controlled performance are required. The adhesive has a softening point of approximately 102°C to 112°C (215°F to 233°F). It can be applied by roller coating, nozzle or spray systems, with a recommended working temperature of 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F). TECHNOMELT AS 3004 offers stable processing, reliable cohesion, and consistent results across automated production lines.
