LOCTITE® EA 3430 is an ultra-clear epoxy adhesive for general assembly work. It’s particularly ideal for many DIY applications. When mixed with a hardener and applied, it cures rapidly at room temperature to form a high strength bond on a wide range of substrates. Its gap-filling properties makes it suitable for rough and poorly fitting surfaces made from metal, ceramic, rigid plastics or wood. LOCTITE EA 3430 offers a very clear bond line, making it highly suitable glass, decorative panels and display as well.

How to use
1. Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease before application.
2. Blend the resin and hardener thoroughly according to the specified mix ratio until a uniform color is obtained.
3. Apply the mixed adhesive as quickly as possible to one or both mating surfaces.
4. Join and assemble the parts immediately after applying the adhesive.
5. Remove excess uncured adhesive with an organic solvent such as acetone.

Store the unopened product in a dry location. Optimal storage temperature is 8°C to 21°C.
The mixed adhesive has a working life of approximatley 4-5 minutes at room temperature. Higher temperatures and larger mixed quantities will shorten the working time.
