LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 8370 is a gold-brown, electrically conductive die-attach adhesive for automatic dispensing operations. It’s particularly ideal for replacing silver-filled alternatives when migration is not acceptable. It’s compatible with noble metals and typically used for automotive electronics and semiconductor packaging. It’s formulated with an epoxy-based resin and cures when exposed to heat.
