LOCTITE® EA 9490 is a green/white, 2-part, epoxy adhesive stick that cures underwater and will bond to most damp surfaces. The product repairs, fills and seals holes, cracks and worn surfaces. It can also be drilled, tapped, sanded, machined and painted after curing. It's unaffected by chlorinated or salt water.
