TECHNOMELT® DM 2815B is a synthetic rubber-based hotmelt pressure-sensitive adhesive developed for nonwoven hygiene products and for disposable construction applications. The product combines low odor with high bonding strength and features strong reflection under 365 nm lamp inspection. It is supplied in bagged blocks and has a transparent, solid appearance. The product is suitable for slot nozzle and spray applications and is recommended for operating temperatures between 150°C (302°F) and 170°C (338°F), depending on application conditions, machines, substrates, and environment. It offers a softening point of approximately 83°C (181°F) and is formulated for reliable processing in hygiene product manufacturing applications.
