LOCTITE® TCP 7000 is an enhanced performance, reworkable phase-change thermal interface material that offers no pump-out, dry-out or silicone migration, while providing enhanced performance and reliability. It is formulated for stencil or screen printing and is supplied in cartridges. Other packaging formats are available upon request.
