Heavy-duty, dry-film lubricant with anti-friction properties
This heavy-duty, molybdenum disulphide-based, solid-film lubricant prevents corrosion, seizing, galling and friction between sliding surfaces and slow-moving parts. Resists temperatures up to 399°C (750°F) as a dry-film lubricant, and 1315°C (2400°F) when used as an anti-seize lubricant.

For reducing friction between surfaces in extreme environments, LOCTITE® LB 8017 is a great choice. This black, heavy-duty lubricant is ideal for general plant maintenance, the metalworking trade, machinery manufacturing, and military and commercial jet engine manufacturing. It reduces friction between surfaces in many extreme environments, including those with high and low temperatures. For continuous use in sliding friction, it’s effective at temperatures ranging from -29°C to 400°C (-20.2°F to 752°F) and, for anti-seize lubrication, from -29°C to 1315°C (-20.2°F to 2399°F).
