TEROSON^® PU 92

TEROSON^® PU 92 is a black/grey/white, polyurethane-based vehicle body adhesive/sealant for elastic sealing and bonding, particularly seam sealing and sealing of narrow joints where it provides good adhesion to painted surfaces and many metals and plastics without primer. It’s typically used in vehicle repairs and vehicle body manufacturing, vehicle body build-up work, railway carriage and container manufacturing, ship- and boat-building, metal, façade and plant construction, as well as air-conditioning and air-ventilation equipment. It is used in applications where painting is of particular importance. It can often replace mechanical fixing methods, e.g. screws, welding, clamps etc. Before application, surface pretreatment with TEROSON^® VR 10 is recommended. TEROSON PU 92 cures by reaction with moisture to form a soft elastic joint. It is not generally suitable for structural bonding.
