When you need a liquid 1-part, medium-viscosity retaining compound with very high strength, LOCTITE® 635 is a good choice. Designed for the bonding cylindrical fitting parts, this green adhesive fills the inner space between components and cures in the absence of air to form a strong, unitized assembly. Once cured, you can expect high shear strength with maximum load transmission capability and uniform stress distribution. LOCTITE 635 is perfect for mounting rotors on shafts in fractional and subfractional horsepower motors, locking bushings and sleeves in housings and on shafts, and augmenting press fits.
