Maija Kirveennummi is leading sustainability for the Industrials business unit of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. She joined Henkel in 2019, and has since been working in different sustainability teams both on the purchasing and business sides. In her current role, she is responsible for the sustainability strategy, and transformation of the industrial solutions portfolio, as well as connecting with customers to define common agendas. Her expertise in sustainability covers a variety of topics from strategy development to circular economy approaches and responsible sourcing. Maija holds a double degree in Strategy & International Management with focus on sustainability (Aalto University, Helsinki & Rotterdam School of Management, Rotterdam).
