LOCTITE® 576 is a low-strength, general-purpose thread sealant for locking and sealing threaded metal fittings, which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. This brown, medium viscosity, dimethacrylate ester acrylic liquid cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
