TECHNOMELT® PUR 3365 is a highly flexible reactive prepolymer hot melt adhesive compatible with acetate, paper and PVC materials. Bonding sensitive PE/PP foams requires corona pretreatment, which produces a surface energy of > 40 dyne/cm. TECHNOMELT PUR 3365 has a melting point of 75°C (167°F), cures by moisture and reaches its final bond strength within 1-2 days. The curing time depends on the atmospheric humidity, the moisture content of the paper, the thickness of the adhesive film and material permeability.
