- Description
- Technical specification
TEROSON® LizardSkin SuperPro Application Kit is intended for spray application on smaller surface areas and areas requiring touch-up. An adjustable orifice tip is included, and a pressure regulator is recommended to control airflow. The dispenser head assembly features an adjustment tip that allows the user to restrict or increase product flow by tightening or loosening the nozzle. A 90° tip is included for hard-to-reach areas. The SA Dispenser will not produce a completely smooth texture; the final texture resembles an orange peel appearance. Recommended wet film thickness per application is 0.4–0.6 mm. It is recommended to apply in temperatures above 21°C (70°F) to ensure proper drying.

How to use
When done spraying, remove sprayer cup. Spray remaining product in sprayer gun. Empty sprayer cup.
Remove the nozzle, and the nozzle collar from the gun. If needed, remove brass nozzle from gun. A thin walled, deep 11mm socket can be used to remove it.
Flush water through the pickup tube and sprayer opening until the water comes out clear. Empty sprayer cup and flush with water until clean.
Leave gun disassembled to air dry.
FAQ
The system requires an air compressor capable of at least 4 CFM producing 70 psi at the gun. A pressure regulator is required to control airflow.
If you are in between coats, you can remove the spray cup, spray the remaining product in the pickup tube, and submerge the disassembled spray cup and gun into a bucket of water until ready for the next coat. It is good practice to clean the gun if not intended to be used for over 6 hours.
The gun will produce a slightly textured, orange peel–like finish. The fully dried texture can be sanded to provide a smooth surface.
50-70 PSI typically provides optimal results, results depend on user equipment.
Dried material can only be removed mechanically. If left to dry within the gun, it is nearly impossible to fully remove.
