LOCTITE® FREKOTE® R-110 is a water-based release agent for rubber moulding. This spray-on product bonds chemically to the mould surface, forming a thin, chemically resistant coating capable of releasing all natural and synthetic polymers (except silicone elastomers) and thermoplastic urethanes. It cures quickly, causes minimal build-up on mould surfaces and does not transfer to the moulded part.
