BERGQUIST® SIL PAD® TSP PPK900 is a thermally conductive polyester insulator, ideal for applications where conformal coatings are required; typically telecommunications and aerospace applications. It is an alumina-filled polyester resin coated with a DuPont® Kapton® film to provide high dielectric and physical strength.
