TEROSON® RB 81 is a high-quality, self-welding, butyl rubber-based sealing tape with powerful adhesion and plasto-elastic properties. It’s used for a wide array of sealing and anti-flutter projects across various industries, including sealing and anti-flutter trim panels in the container and tank industry; for sealing overlaps in steel, steel sheet, aluminium, glass and plastic constructions in the sheet metal fabricating industry. It’s also ideal for bonding PE foils and plastic sheets or parts in plastic engineering and manufacture, and for sealing and bedding parts with low vibration in the electrical industry. The particularly strong tackiness of TEROSON RB 81 provides a firm lamination between the contact surfaces and, therefore, a reliable sealing effect.
