- Technical specification
TEROSON® MS 9320 SF is a 1-part silane-modified polymer 6-in-1 assembly sealant for seams in the engine compartment, boot and passenger cabin. It’s also suitable for reproducing flat- and wide-stream beads with OEM texture and comes in different colors: black, gray or ochre. Used on larger areas for repairing or substituting PVC-based underbody or stone chip protection coatings. It can be applied by spray or brush and offers good adhesion to metals, primers and top coats. It cures by absorbing moisture from the air to form an elastic material that adheres well to a wide array of substrates without primer. Before application, surface pretreatment with TEROSON® VR 10 is recommended.

FAQ
In vehicle body repair, it is crucial to reproduce the same quality and visual appearance provided by the original OEM seams to avoid corrosion caused by environmental factors.
Our sealing technology system allows for reproducing even advanced flat and widestream (acoustic) beads, Traditional Textured Beads (Spray Seams), Ribbed Beads (Flat & Wide Stream beads), as well as Standard Seams (Brush Seams).
After skin formation has been reached (approx. 10 minutes), the seams can be painted.
TEROSON® MS 9320 SF is one solution for all bead types. In combination with our different dispensers (TEROSON® ET DISPENSER POWERLINE II or TEROSON® ET AIR DISPENSER MULTIPRESS) as well as nozzles, it is the fastest solution to rebuild OEM textures.
With TEROSON® MS 9320 SF no epoxy-based pre-treatment is needed, as it has excellent adhesion on bare metal. Due to this, we have excellent corrosion protection and no underrusting (after two weeks of humidity aging test).
