TECHNOMELT^® PUR 270/9 ME is a polyurethane (PUR) hot melt for edgebanding, straightline and softforming, for all kinds of edge material including solid wood, veneer, melamine paper, polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, and PP. When applied, it offers high initial strength and chemical cross-linking within a few days for a high final bond strength. It is based on MicroEmission (ME) technology for improving occupational safety, meaning it contains less than 0.1% isocyanate monomer and reduces isocyanate vapors by up to 90%. No disocyantes training is needed according to REACH EU regulations.
