Customer challenge

A large-scale solar park operator faced significant reliability challenges across its installations. The solar panels were mounted using M6 bolts with washers, but vibrations and outdoor conditions led to bolts loosening over time. This resulted in:

All washers had to be replaced and reinstalled to the correct torque specification
Annual re-tightening of 296,000 bolts to maintain structural integrity
Frequent instances of bolts loosening completely, causing solar panels to detach
