AQUENCE® LA 1500SH is a water-based synthetic tissue-converting dispersion suitable for laminating paper sheets for household use, including kitchen towels and toilet paper, and also industrial rolls. It is a colorless to slightly yellowish liquid and has properties that allow high machine speed and good workability.

How to use
The product is normally diluted 1 part of adhesive to 3 or 4 parts of water. It is possible to operate at higher dilution depending on the kind of paper used and the working speed.
The material should be applied using steel or rubber roller application systems, with a recommended working temperature between 15 and 30 °C.
When wet, use water to clean. When dry, scrape off excess then wash with warm water to which a wetting agent has been added.
Due to the variety of different materials available on the markets, pre-tests should be carried out.
FAQ
CASCOLA® CASCOREZ Universal will be the recommended application for bonding wooden artifacts, plastic laminates, cardboards, paper bags, and cartridges.
AQUENCE® LAM 1500HS has a shelf life of 6 months in its unopened original packaging. Henkel does not advocate using AQUENCE® LAM 1500HS beyond the recommended shelf life and is unable to recertify material that has expired.
AQUENCE® LAM 1500HS should be stored in a dry, cool place at an optimum temperature of 15 °C to 30 °C.
