This medium to high-strength threadlocker has a high-temperature resistance 225°C (437°F) and is flow-coatable. As a pre-applied film, this threadlocker is dry-to-the-touch and remains an inert coating until assembly - ideal for high volume applications.

When you’re in a high-volume production environment, especially in the automotive industry, and you need threaded fasteners - especially stainless steel or zinc-flake plated fasteners - to be locked and ready for immediate use, try LOCTITE® DRI 2250-W. This 3-part, medium to high strength threadlocker is a pre-applied film that remains an inert coating until assembly. During assembly, microcapsules contained within the coating are crushed, releasing an active ingredient to initiate the curing process. Ideal for locking any fasteners subject to high vibration loading and requiring up to 225°C (437°F) temperature resistance. It is the only pre-applied threadlocker material designed to be flow-coated on to the threads.
