For a water-based graphited die lubricant highly effective for hot, warm and precision forging, choose BONDERITE® L-FG F 31. Applied by spray, this odourless and smokeless lubricant provides longer die life and is ideal for hot forging steel, precision forging, and warm forging steel (it forms a film on hot dies up to 260°C (500°F). It exhibits excellent stability, with no separation or settling in the concentrate. This assures constant quality from top to bottom and results in consistent forging performance. It is designed to provide excellent lubricity and release when used on difficult press work.
