LOCTITE® SF 7979 POWER CLEAN is designed to decarbonize injection nozzles, pistons, intake and exhaust valves, carburetors, combustion chambers, temperature sensors and engine galleries. It completely removes crusts from a carbonized system and some electronic injection components. Ready to use, it is an organic solvent with a high diluting power. It prevents the formation of future residue deposits. Recommended for gasoline, ethanol, flex and diesel engines.

How to use
Do not apply on energized or hot surfaces, and shake the can before use. Apply the product to the areas to be cleaned, and for hard-to-reach areas, use the nozzle.
LOCTITE® SF 7979 POWER CLEAN must be handled in a manner applicable to highly flammable materials and in compliance with relevant local regulations. Special care must be taken to avoid contact of the product or its vapor with naked flame or any electrical equipment that is not flame proofed. The solvent can affect certain plastics or coatings. It is recommended to check all surfaces for compatibility before use.

LOCTITE® SF 7979 is recommended for clean and decarbonize carburetor, combustion chambers, electronic components, engine, injection nozzles, piston, sensors, and valves applications.
LOCTITE® SF 7979 is classified as flammable and must be stored in an appropriate manner in compliance with relevant regulations, and it should not be stored near oxidizing agents or combustible materials. Store the product in the unopened container in a dry location, and storage information may also be indicated on the product container labeling. The optimal storage temperature is 8 °C to 21 °C, and storage below 8 °C or greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use, therefore do not return the product to the original container.
