TEROSON® PU 8590 BB05 is a 1-part, black, ultra high-viscosity, direct-glazing adhesive for repair. It is formulated without PVC and solvents and is typically used in the automotive industry to bond front, rear, and side screens to the body of motor vehicles, such as cars, trucks and buses. When used with a primer or activator, it exhibits excellent adhesion to glass, glass with ceramic coating, encapsulation and painted surfaces. The product is based on a polyurethane (PE) material with high UV resistance, a high shear strength, and a high cure rate. It is applied manually and cures when exposed to humidity.
