TECHNOMELT® PUR 270/9 ME is a polyurethane (PUR) hot melt for edgebanding, straightline and softforming, for all kinds of edge material including solid wood, veneer, melamine paper, polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS and PP. When applied, it offers high initial strength and chemical cross-linking within a few days for a high final bond strength. It is based on Micro Emission (ME) technology for improving occupational safety, meaning it contains less than 0.1% isocyanate monomer and reduces isocyanate vapours by up to 90%. No diisocyanates training is needed according to REACH EU regulations.
