LOCTITE® STYCAST 2850KT is a highly filled, 2-part epoxy encapsulant, which provides exceptional thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties and is designed for encapsulating and potting electronic components. It ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. Its high filler content enhances heat dissipation, making it an ideal choice for applications where efficient thermal transfer is critical. The epoxy system exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, ensuring mechanical stability and protection against environmental factors. With a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), it minimises stress on components during thermal cycling.
