LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 84-3 is a 1-part, epoxy, electrically insulating adhesive with the flexibility of multiple application methods. It is designed for small and medium die attach applications, and is perfect for application by automatic dispensing, screen printing, or hand. It is solvent-free and has a long pot life of 14 days.
