LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 2000S is a silver, electrically conductive die-attach adhesive for laminate packages requiring 1 mil spacers for better bond line and stress control. It demonstrates excellent reliability for 260°C (500°F) reflow, ideal for Pb-free PBGA and array BGA packaging. It’s designed with proprietary hybrid chemistry technology and cures fast when exposed to heat.
