LOCTITE® static mix nozzles (B- & S-system, 10, 12, 50 ml / 0.3, 0.4, 1.7 oz) have been rigorously tested to provide the best performance and mix ratio of 2-part adhesives. Choose from a variety of nozzles. We offer both the traditional helical (round or standard) style, and the shorter, waste-reducing square (quadro) style. You can also take your pick from multiple mix ratios, elements and tip styles, including luer-tipped nozzles for precision dispensing with needles.

FAQ
Static mixers are precision-engineered dispensing devices used for the continuous mixing of 2-part adhesives. They have no internal moving parts (hence ‘static’). Choosing the correct mix nozzle is critical to ensuring your two-part adhesive is properly mixed during the dispense cycle. LOCTITE® offers a wide variety of static mix nozzles, rigorously tested to provide the best performance with LOCTITE® adhesive products. You’ll find these in many configurations, for compatibility with our wide range of cartridge sizes and styles.
Two-part adhesives (epoxies, MMAs, urethanes, silicones, etc.) need plastic static mixer nozzles to mix and dispense the A and B sides. Inside the static mixer, the two materials run through a series of chambers, called elements, which continuously blend the two parts and activate the curing process. Static mixer nozzles are an excellent way to save time and money versus mixing by hand, while preventing off-ratio mixing.
Henkel has tested and has specific recommendations on proper mixer nozzles based on the adhesive. Please refer to the product information guides/pages for nozzle recommendation or contact your LOCTITE® specialist.
If you have remaining adhesive in the cartridge and want to use it later, just leave the static mixer screwed on until next use. As the adhesive cures within the mixing nozzle, it will protect the adhesive within the cartridge from moisture, dirt, etc. When using the cartridge again, simply switch to a new or unused static mixer.
