LOCTITE^® LIOFOL LA 2798 is a transparent/yellow clear/slightly opaque polyurethane laminating adhesive for various film/film and film/foil laminates. Combined with the LOCTITE^® LIOFOL LA 5028 hardener, it’s ideal for laminating transparent, metallised films and aluminium foil and shows no yellowing caused by UV rays. Combined with the LOCTITE^® LIOFOL LA 5802 hardener, it exhibits good chemical resistance and is recommended for manufacturing foil laminates for aggressive filling goods. In the case of fatty filling goods, the system is the best performing within its class. When mixed and applied, it cures at room temperature or elevated temperatures (depending on the hardener), leaving a transparent, odourless, elastic and age-resistant adhesive film.
