The LOCTITE® RB40 500 D-Series Benchtop Dispensing Robot is designed for speed, precision, repeatability and quality. It has a 500 x 500 x 100mm range of operation (X,Y,Z) and can be easily integrated with a variety of LOCTITE® dispensers, curing systems and other devices. Use with the simple-to-program Teach Pendant. No programming experience needed!

Dispensing Robots allow manufacturers to repeatedly and reliably dispense patterns of liquid materials on a programmed basis, resulting in improved process efficiencies, minimal material waste, and reduced manufacturing costs. Automated dispensing systems are offered in multiple configurations to meet all your process needs.
The LOCTITE® RB40 Benchtop Dispensing Robots are available in four ranges of operation from 200 x 200 x 50 mm up to 500 x 500 x 100 mm (X,Y,Z) and have features and accessories that are custom-tailored for adhesives diespensing processes. These benchtop robots have 3-axis control, and each robot has an integral I/O connector for external light curtain (sold separately) or external E-Stop integration. The Teach Pendant, dispensing equipment, cables, and mounting hardware must also be purchased separately.
Designed for a wide range of adhesives, these dispensing robots are compatible with anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, light cure adhesives, silicones, acrylates and 2-part systems.
