- Description
- Technical specification
TEROSON® MS 921 is a 1-part, modified silane-based flexible adhesive used for elastic adhesion to different substrates. It is thixotropic and cures at room temperature through reaction with air humidity, forming a flexible thermosetting polymer. It is non-corrosive and free from solvents, isocyanates and silicones. It is easy to apply, with good adhesion, and is compatible with suitable painting systems. The adhesive demonstrates good resistance to UV rays, and is available in white, gray and black.

How to use
For best performance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease.
Moisture curing begins immediately after the product is exposed to the atmosphere; therefore, the parts to be assembled must be coupled immediately after the product is dispensed. The joint must wait to cure (e.g. seven days) before subjecting it to heavy duty loads.
Remove excess material before curing.
FAQ
TEROSON® MS 921 is recommended for flexible adhesion of body panels, joints, metal parts, and body parts applications.
TEROSON® MS 921 has a tensile strength of 1.8 N/mm², measured according to ASTM D412 after curing for 7 days at 23 °C and 40 - 60% relative humidity.
Yes, for best performance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease. LOCTITE® SF 7063 can be used to clean the surface.
TEROSON® MS 921 should be stored in the unopened container in a dry location, with an optimal storage temperature of 8 to 21°C. Storage below 8°C or above 28°C can adversely affect product properties, and material removed from the container should not be returned to the original container due to possible contamination.
